You will investigate parking related appeals, prepare evidence packs for hearings at London Tribunals and courts, and help motorists close cases promptly while supporting vulnerable customers.
The role includes managing contracts with external enforcement providers and undergoing extensive training, including Level 3 NVQ accreditation.
