The Workforce and Practice Development Assistant will provide high quality administrative support related to the staff and foster carer training programmes within Hackney Children & Families Service (CFS). This includes responsibility for managing the CFS Training inbox and day to day training coordination tasks. You will work closely with the training officer in providing administrative support to ensure training programmes run effectively.
You will prepare a monthly newsletter advertising training and lead on circulating and advertising different developmental opportunities within the service. You will collate training data to be shared with the Workforce and Practice Development Lead and Officer. In addition, you will oversee the finance processes related to the hub.
This is a permanent full time position based within the Workforce & Practice Development Hub which leads on developing and implementing the training and practice development work within CFS and driving forward the Workforce Strategy. It is an exciting time to join Hackney as we implement a practice model based on systemic, trauma informed and anti-racist practice (STAR).
We are looking for a highly organised individual who is committed to working effectively to bring about positive change for our staff within CFS.
