Join our team as a Service Charge Officer!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to produce accurate estimated and actual invoices.
- Maintain the service charge database.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Collate financial records for property service charges.
- Manage accountancy functions related to billing and recharging.
- Issue Section 20B notices.
- Provide supporting information for leaseholder inquiries, disputes and legal challenges.
- Prepare performance reports and assist with budget monitoring.
- Engage with residents and stakeholders through meetings and inspections.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of leasehold management and financial processes.
- Experience in preparing annual property accounts and understanding S20 consultation processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- Effective communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
As part of the team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our Homeownership Services and prepare performance reports.
