About The Role As an Associate Content Designer in the Customer Experience team, you will work alongside colleagues to make sure that residents can easily find accurate, useful information on the Council website (hackney. gov. uk).

To Do This, You Will Work with another Associate Content Designer to respond to content design requests from across the organisation, received via our website inbox Work with colleagues to make sure content aligns with our playbook guidelines Follow content design guidelines and seek advice from our communities of practice Understand who your stakeholders are and the importance of managing these relationships Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to design user‑centred content Contribute to our team roadmap to deliver a website that works for residents.

Redesigning the rubbish and recycling section on hackney. gov. uk Migrating our website from Word Press to Local Gov Drupal Improving digital access to Adult Social Care services Completing a discovery on digital accessibility across the Council’s online services.
