London Borough of Hackney is recruiting an Area SENCo to join the Integrated SEND Service. You will work with children aged 2-5 with SEND, their families and Early Years settings, across Children's Centres and private, voluntary and independent settings.
The role focuses on graduated approaches, early identification, advice and training for practitioners, with multi-agency collaboration to remove barriers to inclusion and improve educational outcomes for children with additional needs.
