You’ll service mechanical plant, installations and building equipment within the council’s commercial portfolio, visiting sites to repair faults and report remedial works.
You will collaborate with Property Services' Electrical and Fabric engineering teams and sub-contractors, ensuring safety, PPE and compliance are prioritised.
