London Borough of Camden is seeking a dedicated individual for a 12-month fixed-term contract (36 hours per week) to support sheltered housing tenants.
You will identify, enable and meet housing and support needs, assess ongoing needs and build strong relationships with tenants, carers, and service providers.
This role requires commitment to safeguarding and Enhanced DBS clearance.
You will work within the Sheltered Housing team in Housing Management, reporting to the Sheltered Housing Team
