Camden is seeking a Personal Adviser to support care-experienced young people aged 16–25 as they transition to independent adulthood. You will manage a caseload, visit homes, review Pathway Plans and coordinate housing, education, and health services with partners.
You will work with social workers during looked-after status and lead on helping young people access opportunities, housing and training to foster independence.
