How You’ll Be Involved

The vision for Housing Services is to work closely with neighbourhoods and communities to continuously improve services alongside those who rely on them. By delivering services that are informed, responsive, and people‑centred, Housing Services plays a vital role in preventing homelessness and providing safe, secure, and sustainable homes, supporting Camden’s commitment to social equality and positive outcomes for residents. With residents at the heart of everything you do, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact on Camden’s neighbourhoods and communities. The job requires officers to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.

You’re confident using systems to keep accurate records, open to learning, and committed to working in a respectful, trauma‑informed way that reflects Camden’s values. Above all, you believe housing is about more than bricks and mortar it’s about helping people feel safe, supported, and part of their community.
