About the role

Do you want to make a real difference at the very start of a child’s learning journey? We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Teacher to join our welcoming team at Langtry Nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape young lives, helping children develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning in a safe and nurturing environment.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of a high‑quality early years curriculum
  • Create a stimulating, inclusive and safe environment for children to thrive
  • Observe, assess and track children’s development, tailoring support to meet individual needs
  • Deliver targeted interventions for children with SEND and additional needs
  • Work closely with families, carers and a range of multi‑agency professionals
  • Play a key role within the nursery leadership team

All About You

  • You’re a committed and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher who is passionate about early years education and making a difference.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Teacher Reference Number
  • Experience working with young children in an early years or nursery setting
  • Strong understanding of child development and early years frameworks
  • Experience supporting children with SEND and additional needs
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with families
