Key Responsibilities
The Neighbourhood Housing Manager will oversee and optimise the day‑to‑day operations within a defined area and provide line management to Neighbourhood Housing Officers who deliver housing services across our estates. The role requires embedding a culture of respect and relational practice, placing residents at the centre, acting as a role model for behaviours, and ensuring services are delivered consistently, fairly, and in line with policy.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience managing housing, neighbourhood or customer‑facing services.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with residents, partners and stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent decision‑making, risk management and performance ownership skills.
- Commitment to resident‑centric service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership skills: ability to inspire, support and motivate a team.
