You’ll have senior experience in strategy, policy, or transformation, with a track record of leading change in complex systems—particularly in adult social care, health, or local government. You’re comfortable tackling tough, ambiguous challenges using creative, evidence-based, and design-led approaches, and you champion equality and anti-racist leadership.
