You’ll:Shape and deliver forward-thinking strategies focused on health equity, integration, prevention, and neighbourhood-based care.Lead a diverse team to drive transformation through human-centered, design-led approaches that embed co-production, participation, and relational practice.Partner with senior leaders, elected members, and health partners to influence policy and service change across Adult Social Care, Public Health, and Health and Well-Being.Turn Camden’s ambitious missions into meaningful action on the ground with a culture of trust, innovation, and continuous learning.Accountable to the Executive Director for Adults and Health and reporting to the Director of Strategy, Design & Insight, you’ll help deliver evidence-based changes that put people first.About You / QualificationsYou combine vision with pragmatism, balancing big-picture thinking with practical delivery. You’ll have senior experience in strategy, policy, or transformation, with a track record of leading change in complex systems—particularly in adult social care, health, or local government. You’re comfortable tackling tough, ambiguous challenges using creative, evidence-based, and design-led approaches, and you champion equality and anti-racist leadership.
