About Camden
At London Borough of Camden, we’re building somewhere everyone can thrive. We want Camden to be a place where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and where our communities feel proud of the spaces they live, work and visit.
About the role
As Euston Housing Project Manager, you’ll help shape the future of one of London’s most significant regeneration programmes. Working with Government departments, partners, consultants and internal teams, you’ll support the delivery of new homes, investment and community benefits across the Euston area.
You’ll coordinate projects linked to the Euston Housing Delivery Group (EHDG), manage funding and support the delivery of the Euston Area Plan. A key part of the role will involve working closely with local communities and stakeholders to help ensure housing delivery reflects the needs of existing residents.
About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll have experience delivering housing, regeneration or place-based projects in a complex stakeholder environment. You’ll be confident managing projects, consultant teams, budgets and competing priorities while working collaboratively with a range of partners.
You’ll have a good understanding of housing delivery challenges, placemaking and sustainable development, alongside strong communication and relationship building skills. Organised, adaptable and solution focused, you’ll be comfortable working at pace and keeping community outcomes at the heart of your work.
