Salary and Contract: £37,312 - £39,724 per annum. Grade: Level 2 Zone 2. Location: 5 Pancras Square, N1C 4AG. Contract: Permanent x 2, Fixed Term x 4. Hours: Full Time (36 hours). Closing Date: Wednesday 1st July 2026 at 23:59.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide an efficient and effective service to residents and the Neighbourhoods team, enabling estate-based teams to focus on the most urgent or complex issues.
  • Manage and let the council’s non‑residential assets, including garages, parking spaces and sheds.
  • Process orders for keys and fobs in collaboration with the Council’s Customer Service Team.
  • Respond promptly to resident enquiries, providing acknowledgement and escalating urgent cases as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create a positive and thriving living environment.

  • Passionate about delivering services that put residents at the heart of everything you do.
  • Caring, proactive approach and solution‑focused mindset.
  • Strong communicator capable of building positive relationships with residents, colleagues and partners.
  • Organised, detail‑focused with the ability to manage enquiries, update systems accurately and progress work efficiently.
  • Comfortable using digital systems and handling administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence and coordinating actions.
  • Experience or interest in managing non‑residential assets such as garages, sheds and parking spaces.

Additional Requirements: Enhanced DBS check required; exempt from Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
