At London Borough of Bromley, we are committed to making Bromley a place where people can thrive. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our Learning Disabilities and Autism Service, delivering high-quality, person-centred support, and achieving the best outcomes for residents.
You will provide strong operational leadership, working closely with our 0–25 Service, commissioning colleagues and partners to develop effective pathways and ensure safe transitions into adulthood. You will champion excellent practice, safeguarding, co-production and continuous improvement.
