Contract Details
- Permanent, Full Time, 36 hours per week
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9-5
- Location: Bromley Civic Centre
- Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week office attendance
Responsibilities
- Lead and empower the Single Homelessness Pathway Team, working with single people who may be rough sleepers, hospital discharges, ex‑offenders, refugees and vulnerable complex customers.
- Promote an innovative approach to problem solving and provide high‑quality support and guidance to a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Deliver the local/regional rough sleeping delivery plan in partnership with the Department Levelling Up, Homes and Communities and other sub‑regional boroughs.
- Communicate and work effectively with staff, customers, accommodation providers and partner organisations to achieve successful outcomes for single homeless applicants.
- Engage with customers, particularly vulnerable people, and provide housing advice and assistance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in customer engagement with vulnerable people.
- Knowledge of statutory homelessness legislation and obligations.
