About the role:
As a Registration Officer, you will be responsible for the legal registration of births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships, and delivering citizenship ceremonies. This is a varied role that combines customer-facing duties with essential administrative work behind the scenes. You’ll support ceremony delivery, manage records, and issue certificates, ensuring every detail is handled accurately and professionally. You’ll work closely with key partners including the General Register Office, Home Office, hospitals and other agencies to ensure all registrations are compliant, secure and processed to the highest standard. This is a dynamic role where organisation, professionalism and people skills are exceptionally important.
