Are you passionate about transforming education through a pedagogy-first approach to digital technology? We are seeking an inspiring and strategic leader to drive the integration of technology across our family of primary schools. In this influential role, you will lead the development and implementation of a trust-wide PedTech strategy, ensuring digital tools enhance teaching, improve pupil outcomes, and reduce workload.
Working collaboratively with school leaders, teachers, and our managed service provider, you will support the consistent and effective use of technology across all settings. You will play a key role in shaping curriculum innovation, supporting staff through high-quality training and coaching, and ensuring that technology is used in a research-informed and inclusive way, including for pupils with SEND.
We are looking for someone with strong experience in primary education and a deep understanding of how technology can support excellent teaching practice. You will be an excellent communicator, confident in leading change, and committed to developing others.
