Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has become available within our Learning Development Department for a dedicated and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant. We are looking to recruit a motivated, committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills, focused on improving educational outcomes and promoting independence for students with additional needs.
Responsibilities
- Have a Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification.
- Have experience of working with students with a range of SEND needs in an educational setting.
- Be an excellent communicator with good listening skills.
- Be flexible, proactive and a good team player.
