The London borough of Bromley has an exciting opportunity to join the Estates team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Salary: £47,536 – £60,000 per annum
The role lies within the Estates team and the post holder will assist with the management of a large, mixed-use property portfolio with an emphasis on Landlord and Tenant case work, ensuring the portfolio supports front-line services across the Borough. The team provides a best-in-class service to the Council, its Tenants and other key stakeholders, and this role will carry a varied and demanding workload with an opportunity to demonstrate commercial acumen.
Responsibilities
The role holder will assist with the management of a large, mixed-use property portfolio with an emphasis on Landlord and Tenant case work and will help ensure the portfolio supports the provision of front-line services across the Borough.
Qualifications
- Experience in the management of all types of commercial property.
- An in-depth understanding of the Landlord & Tenant Act and its day-to-day application.
