Overview
As Midday Supervisor, you help ensure pupils’ safety, wellbeing and positive lunchtime experiences within a caring, inclusive school. You work across lunch hall, playground and classroom, supporting play activities and social interaction. You will promote good manners, assist with first aid when needed, and contribute to a calm, welcoming school ethos. Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils during lunch periods across multiple spaces (lunch hall, playground, classroom) to ensure safety and wellbeing
- Oversee play-based activities and promote positive behaviour
- Support pupils’ social interaction and inclusive play
- Provide first aid as necessary per health and safety guidelines
