A fantastic opportunity has opened for a full time teacher to join our Learning Development team. We are seeking an exceptional individual who will inspire students to achieve their full potential. This role is open to both an Early Careers Teacher and experienced educators.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be passionate about supporting students and confident in delivering literacy support to small groups
  • Be an excellent practitioner with a creative approach and a strong drive to raise standards
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students across all key stages
  • Set high expectations that motivate, challenge and engage pupils
  • Be a committed team player, actively contributing to pastoral care and the schools’ co-curricular Floreat programme
  • Show a clear commitment to ongoing professional development
