The London Borough of Bromley is seeking a Lead Learning Support Assistant to support learners with communication, social, emotional, physical or sensory needs to access learning and progress. Posting is 18 hours per week, term time (39 weeks), location Rutland House, Bromley.

You will work across the Training Centre providing in-class support and delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions, coordinating with tutors and the Senior SEND Tutor to identify learner needs and implement effective strategies.
