You will play a key part in ensuring the effective and efficient use of temporary and permanent housing resources for our customers. A commitment to delivering excellent customer service is fundamental, as many of the people we support are at their most vulnerable. The decisions you make, as well as the way you communicate with customers when making offers of accommodation, can have a significant and lasting impact. You will be required to work in a fast-paced, highly reactive environment, often within tight timescales. The role involves applying housing legislation, exercising sound judgement, and ensuring that properties are allocated accurately and fairly in line with relevant policies and procedures. Efficiency, alongside thoroughness, attention to detail, and care, is essential when working across a range of complex cases.
