  • Outstanding practice and be dedicated to promoting high standards in learning.
  • Secure knowledge of young children's development and the EYFS Framework.
  • Compassion, and dedication to an inclusive ethos, with a strong record of engaging parents, children and staff.
  • High expectations of pupil's achievement and behaviour.
  • Enthusiasm for working in partnership with parents, Governors, and the wider community.
  • Full and relevant qualification equivalent to CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years.
  • Experience working with and supporting SEN children.
