18 hours per week, Mon-Wed, Term Time (36 weeks)

£10,980 per year (Full time Equivalent £28,860)

Location: Rutland House, Bromley

Reports to: Senior SEND Tutor

The 1:1 Learner Support Assistant will provide dedicated support for an individual learner with SEND and complex medical needs, enabling them to access learning safely, make progress and develop greater independence. Working closely with tutors, the Senior SEND Tutor, families and health professionals, you will implement personalised support informed by the learner’s Education, Health and Care Plan, healthcare plans and specialist advice.
