Pickhurst Academy is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our committed and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences, including whole-class teaching, targeted interventions, and one-to-one support, helping all pupils achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
