We are seeking proactive, highly organised Grants and Adaptations Officers to ensure Disabled Facilities Grants, discretionary loans, and home adaptation projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring contractors and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Conducting complete financial assessments (means testing).
- Working with vulnerable individuals and conducting inspections.
- Effectively monitoring adaptation works.
We are looking for a knowledgeable housing professional who can demonstrate:
- Knowledge of Housing Health and Safety Rating.
