Lead Housing Strategy and Create, Real, Positive Change
Are you a positive, motivated leader with a passion for improving outcomes for Bromley residents? We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, strategic vision, and a collaborative approach to help shape the future of housing in our borough.
As our Strategy & Governance Group Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering housing and homelessness strategies that make a real difference. You will join a supportive, friendly, and highly committed team working together to drive innovation, strengthen compliance, and deliver high-quality services for our community.
In this dynamic role, you will lead major projects, guide cross-council programmes, oversee governance and risk, and ensure the smooth coordination of work across the department. You will also support funding bids, champion data and information governance, and inspire teams to deliver their best—every day brings something new.
