LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT is seeking an Area Tenancy Manager (Housing Officer) to manage end-to-end tenancies for a patch of social tenants, and to provide varied support to residents so they can live safely in their homes.
You will build detailed knowledge across tenancy management areas including voids, lettings, income and arrears, ASB, and services to meet individual needs.
The role is based at the Civic Centre with some flexibility to travel to other sites.
