About The Role

To buildpositive, supportive, and respectful relationships with familiesinorder to help support childreninneedofhelporprotection.Wherepossible,youwillhelpsupportfamiliestoraisetheir childrensafelywithintheirfamilynetworkbysupportingandaugmentingtheirsupportnetwork. Wherethisis notpossible, alternateplans will needto be exploredandimplementedto help ensurechildrengrowupinsafe,nurturing,andhappyhomesthatachievelongtermpermanence.

Appointment to this post will be subject to the outcome of an Enhanced Disclosure obtained through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
