The London Borough of Bexley is seeking a practitioner to co-ordinate a multi-agency response to high-risk vulnerable individuals, delivering robust support plans to reduce risk and prevent escalation of anti-social behaviour. The role involves establishing prevention partnership panels and working with young people to prevent involvement in crime or violence. The successful candidate will be office-based for at least two days per week and will engage with the Community Safety Manager.
