The predicted salary is between 32243 - 39408 £ per year.

This role will co-ordinate a multi-agency response to high-risk vulnerable people experiencing complex anti-social behaviour ensuring a robust support plan to support individuals reducing associated risk. The postholder will also be responsible for the introduction of prevention partnership panels providing robust support plans for young people, preventing them from escalating into criminal activity, violence and/or anti-social behaviour.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to be office based at least 2 days a week.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree level or relevant qualification to the post or minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation as specified in the Person specification within the job description.

Appointment to this post will be subject to the outcome of an Enhanced Disclosure obtained through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
