You are an experienced or newly qualified Social Worker looking to work within Bexley's Mental Health Teams, including ICMP and HTT. You should have a sound understanding of relevant mental health legislation and statutory duties, excellent communication skills, and high standards of professional practice. You are confident in managing complex cases, supervising other staff, and applying social work ethics and values in your work.

As a Senior Social Worker within the ICMP or HTT, you will be part of a team that provides intensive case management to individuals with Psychosis or Bipolar Affective Disorder, focusing on assessment, engagement, relapse prevention, and recovery. The role involves risk assessment, support planning, reviews, safeguarding, and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will be supervising AMHPs and may participate in the Bexley-wide AMHP rota or be willing to undergo training.
