About the role
As a Finance Manager, you will be expected to be a professional lead within your area of finance, providing expertise and high-quality financial services to senior stakeholders, proactively contributing to the achievement of the finance service’s vision, and contributing towards an innovative, high-performance, and continuous improvement culture.
About you
Your key accountability will cover Finance Business Partnering with key stakeholders across all levels up to the Social Care Director, monitoring forecast against budget in collaboration with the service. You will be expected to model various scenarios to provide affordable service to best meet the required needs. Your role will include MTFS and financial planning to manage funding/cost pressures related to the complexity of the directorate. To be successful in this role, you will be fully CCAB qualified with substantial business partnering experience within a relevant education.
