About this job This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant Early Help Team as a Parenting Programme Coordinator. The role involves developing and planning a range of parenting programmes to support families and children. The programmes include coordination of Triple P online programmes, face-to-face delivery of Strengthening Families Strengthening Communities, EPEC Autism, and the development of Solihull Parenting Programmes. You will be based at The Family Hubs and work with staff across Targeted Early Help. The role also includes line management of staff, including three Family Hub coordinators and a Parenting Officer, and responsibilities for the Parent Carer panel to support volunteering and service development. We work with families facing various needs and challenges, providing intervention and working in partnership with families and agencies such as schools, health providers, and the voluntary sector to support families in progressing with their lives. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and capable of working with a diverse range of families and professionals to ensure high-quality, responsive services. Special requirements for this post The successful candidate must hold a current DBS clearance for children and vulnerable adults. About you Experience working with children and families, confidence in delivering Parenting Programmes, flexibility, self-motivation, leadership skills, and project management abilities are essential. The role involves managing a small budget and supporting families with children aged 0-19 (up to 25 with SEND).
