About you

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team. You will have experience in building strong partnerships with professionals, agencies, and families. You will have experience of leading a diverse team ensuring that staff have the right support, supervision, and training in place to ensure high performance. A clear and demonstrable understanding of budgetary issues and a commitment to customer service and coproduction is key.
