This is a full‑time, one‑year deputy manager role within a play and creative therapy team. The position is grant funded and requires a visionary play therapist who is organised, system savvy, and a strong team player. The role is based in East London.

About you:
You will support the team manager in developing therapists and improving therapy provision. Your responsibilities include:
- Data collection and analysis
- Developing processes and service improvements
- Clinical supervision and training provision
- Engaging with the hybrid working model (three days a week on site)
You should have a strong background in therapeutic work with adolescents, including life story work, attachment work, sibling group work, and 1:1 play and creative integrative therapies.
