Merano Residences in London is seeking a Head Day Concierge to lead front-of-house operations for a prestigious development of 40 luxury apartments, an office unit and a café. You will create a warm, professional environment for residents, visitors and contractors, ensuring smooth day-to-day service and maintaining high standards.
Reporting to the Building Manager and Property Manager, you will manage access, uphold impeccable presentation, build relationships, and support health and safety.
