Both brands are scaling quickly, and we\'re looking for an experienced SEO & Google Ads Specialist to help us dominate our markets online and drive consistent, high-quality leads.
The Role
This is a strategic, hands-on position where you\'ll manage all aspects of Google Ads and SEO across both LBC Exterior Cleaning and Avisan.
Your core mission: maximise conversions at a profitable cost per lead while increasing organic visibility and authority for our websites.
You\'ll combine deep technical SEO knowledge with strong analytical and creative skills — ensuring both brands stay ahead in the evolving landscape of search, including Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) for AI-driven search experiences.
This is an on-site role in our Welham Green office, working directly with the leadership team, creative partners, and content specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Local Services.
- Continuously test, refine, and improve conversion rates and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Execute a comprehensive SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and local SEO for both brands.
- Implement advanced Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) tactics to ensure visibility within AI-powered search results.
- Conduct keyword research, site audits, backlink analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Collaborate with content teams to create engaging, conversion-focused landing pages and ad copy.
- Monitor and report on performance using GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
- Stay up to date with algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
About You
- Minimum 3 years\' proven experience in SEO and Google Ads management for service-based businesses.
- Skilled in managing high-converting PPC campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, link-building, and content optimisation.
- Knowledge and interest in Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and emerging AI-driven search tools.
- Proficient in Google Ads Editor, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and confident managing multiple brands simultaneously.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with WordPress and Elementor.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads,GADS, or other paid media platforms.
- Understanding of CRO, A/B testing, and landing page optimisation.
