We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering environmental safety standards with a strong background in environment, health & safety management, safety audits (ISO14001) and driving safety culture change within the business.
The Role
As Head of Environment, Health and Safety you will be responsible for developing and maintaining EHS standards to ensure compliance with Environmental Agency and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) legislation. Attention to detail and integrity is therefore essential.
Working closely with Airport Management, Airport Colleagues, Internal and External Stakeholders and Tenants on behalf of the Airport Authority, you will maintain accurate EHS documentation and records in accordance with internal compliance standards and provide advice and support in the development of working practices, to enhance the reputation of the airport. This is a senior role within the business and you will therefore need to work collaboratively to leverage opportunities for operational and strategic development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders are essential. We are looking for a qualified, experienced professional who is ready to grow their career in a supportive and progressive environment.
