Reporting to the Reception and Events Manager, you will be well presented and knowledgeable to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to every guest. Our front of house team are responsible for the first and last impression that our guests receive and as such you will have the ability to ensure everyone is welcomed in a friendly and professional manner.

Checking guests in and out, assisting the Food and Beverage department, maintaining a well-presented environment and building relationships with colleagues and guests alike will be your key responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests receive a consistently high level of service at all times.

The Landing Hotel is an independent boutique 56 bed hotel that is proudly dedicated to the aviation industry, whilst supporting local businesses and our community. Located at London Biggin Hill Airport and set to the side of runway 03, the hotel offers great views towards London. Facilities comprise of a stylish bar & restaurant offering fabulous dining experiences with breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea and evening dining all being served daily. The kitchen will also provide bespoke catering for the private jet crew and passengers at Biggin Hill Airport.

  • The salary for this role is currently £28,928 p.a. for a 42 hour week on rostered night shifts to include weekends and bank holidays.
