We are excited to be recruiting a Customer Service Representative on a circa 18-month fixed-term contract to join our friendly team based at the airport.
The Role

Customer Service Representatives are key to ensuring a smooth round the clock operation, delivering optimum efficiency with a drive to provide an exceptional level of customer service, to ensure all experiences within the terminal are memorable.

The successful candidate will be professional, proactive, well-presented and discrete, along with having excellent communication skills enabling them to interact with people at all levels, face to face, on the telephone and by email. Customer Service Representatives work in a busy, demanding environment which often requires quick thinking, multitasking and on the spot decision making.

The salary for this role starts from £28,980 p.a. for a 42 hour week on rostered shifts to include weekends and bank holidays.
