We are delighted to be recruiting two Coffee Shop Supervisors to support the team at The Lookout Coffee Shop in Biggin Hill.

The Role
These are hands-on roles that will support the Coffee Shop Manager in the management of the day-to-day operation of the Lookout Coffee Shop and its team. You will provide a full range of hospitality services including serving customers, food preparation, cleaning, health and safety, stock maintenance, team supervision and administration duties.
The role holder will have previous supervisory experience within a hospitality or catering environment.
Benefits
The salary for this role is up to £30,000 p.a. for a 42 hour week on a shift pattern across 7 days of the week.
