Commission-Only Field Sales Representative – Luxury Retail Sector (Central London)
This is a self-employed independent contractor position (not an employment contract). Commission-only, flexible hours, no guaranteed minimum earnings.
Seeking self-motivated individuals for commission-only, self-employed field sales roles targeting independent high-end retailers in London's prime districts: Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Belgravia, Bond Street. Role involves direct, in-person outreach to shop owners/managers in these exclusive areas — visiting stores, presenting a premium offering tailored to the luxury retail market, qualifying interest, and closing agreements. We provide the product details, support materials, and backend handling after initial interest is secured. Your focus: generate leads through targeted store visits, build quick rapport, and secure commitments.
- 100% commission-only (self-employed contractor – no base, no guarantees, handle own taxes/expenses).
- £100 per closed hire contract (from client upfront payment). + £50 performance bonus for every 5 deals closed.
- Flexible schedule, no quotas, field-based in premium zones (walking/public transport).
- Limited reps — exclusive focus to avoid overlap.
- We supply area guidance/basic targets; top reps self-source via street prospecting.
Requirements:
- Comfortable with face-to-face fieldwork and approaching business owners directly.
- Sales hustle preferred (B2B/retail/luxury/direct experience a plus, but open to driven networkers).
- London access, professional demeanour, persistence.
- Must be 100% OK with pure commission/self-employed.
Responsibilities:
- Visit independent luxury retailers (jewellery, fashion, watches, handbags etc.) in specified zones.
- Conduct professional in-person presentations.
- Qualify and progress opportunities to close.
- Report activity via app.
PAY (Read Carefully): Pure commission-only — no salary, hourly, or minimum guarantee. £100 per closed hire. Displayed range is estimated annual OTE only.
