We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic London AV team. Based at our head office in London, you will liaise with incoming leads, determine the correct AV solution required and send quotations to new and existing clients. Using our systems, you will manage and develop both new and designated client accounts. Additionally, you will actively work to grow your own portfolio of business, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

  • AV solutions: By asking non-technical questions, collate the necessary information from our varying clients and their events and provide tailored AV solutions with estimates and official quotations in a timely manner.
  • Client Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded, ultimately expanding our portfolio and contributing to the company’s growth.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of AV solutions for client events.
  • Client Service Excellence: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and maintaining a client-first attitude.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in managing client portfolios within the AV and events industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Must have previous knowledge in the AV / audio-visual and events industry. Must be technically minded and understand the products and services we offer.
  • Flexible and proactive: With a can-do attitude.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver exceptional client service.
