Our warehouse team plays a vital role in ensuring our technical equipment is ready, tested, and delivered with precision to every event.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on AV Warehouse Operative & Driver to join our operations team. This dual role involves preparing, maintaining, and managing AV equipment in the warehouse, as well as transporting gear to and from venues across London and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations
- Prepare and pack AV equipment for upcoming events (LED screens, audio, lighting, staging, etc.)
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Test, clean and maintain equipment to a high standard
- Assist with stock control and equipment tracking
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and operating safely
- Driving & Logistics
- Deliver and collect equipment to/from event sites and venues
- Drive vans and Luton vehicles (up to 3.5T) as required
- Complete vehicle checks and ensure cleanliness and safety
- Represent Ambien Group professionally on-site and when dealing with clients
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (manual) – essential
- Experience in a similar warehouse or AV role preferred
- A basic understanding of AV equipment (training can be provided)
- Physically fit and able to lift/carry heavy equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a fast-moving team
- Flexible with working hours – early mornings, late finishes, and weekends may be required
