  • Create 2D technical drawings, elevations, and space plans in Layout, AutoCAD or VectorWorks
  • Develop visual presentation packs (PDF or digital) for internal and client use
  • Attend internal project kick-offs, design reviews, and client meetings
  • Collaborate with project managers, graphic designers, and production leads to ensure feasibility and alignment
  • Keep up to date with materials, technology, and industry trends
  • Occasionally attend site visits or installations to ensure designs translate effectively

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years experience in a similar exhibition, event, or spatial design role
  • Strong SketchUp skills (essential) with ability to model, texture, and render
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop)
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or Layout (preferred)
  • A creative thinker with an eye for form, materials, branding, and flow
  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant stand design work (PDF or link required)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with modular stand systems (e.g. beMatrix, Aluvision)
  • Knowledge of AV integration in experiential design
  • Experience with client-facing or pitching
  • Interest in sustainable design and materials
