Our warehouse is the engine room of every successful delivery – and we’re looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to become part of our team.
Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the live events and AV industry. As an AV Warehouse Apprentice, you’ll learn how to prepare, test, and manage professional audio-visual equipment used in exhibitions, corporate events, and live productions. You’ll also gain hands-on experience supporting on-site setups and logistics. You don’t need experience — just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a love of events or tech.
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Understand and operate a wide range of audio-visual equipment (speakers, screens, lighting, LED walls, etc.)
- Assist with prepping equipment for jobs using warehouse software (e.g., Current RMS)
- Support with loading and unloading vehicles
- Learn how to test and clean AV equipment after events
- Understand inventory management, tracking gear in and out
- Shadow AV Technicians during on-site installs and de-rigs
- Help with basic maintenance, cabling, and setup
- Gain insight into health & safety and logistics in a warehouse environment
- Attend off-site exhibitions, events, and builds (when ready)
Ideal Candidate
- Aged 16+ and eligible to work in the UK
- Interested in AV technology, live events, staging, or production
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Physically fit and happy to be active
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communicator and team player
- Willing to work flexible hours (some early starts/late finishes)
- GCSEs in English and Maths (preferred but not essential)
