London Arabia is seeking an organised, proactive, and motivated Partnerships & Events Executive to help grow our membership programme and deliver world-class cultural and business events. For over 12 years, we have worked with global brands, embassies, and organisations to strengthen UK–Arab relations and empower Arab women. Our flagship initiatives include the London Arabia 100, the Arab Women’s Summit, the Arab Women of the Year Awards, the Arab Travel Summit & Awards, and London Arabia Magazine.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit new members and partners while building lasting relationships.
- Promote and sell events, sponsorships, and cultural initiatives.
- Develop leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Support event delivery, from business forums to gala dinners.
- Create proposals and contribute to marketing and social media campaigns.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination with members and partners.
- Some experience in sales, marketing, PR, events, or a related field.
- Highly motivated, full of initiative, and eager to bring fresh ideas from day one.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Comfortable supporting social media content and engagement campaigns.
- Based in London with full right to work in the UK.
- Arabic language or Adobe skills are welcome but not required.
You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team delivering high-profile events and partnerships that make a genuine impact. This role offers hands-on experience across partnerships, membership, events, and marketing.
Salary£25,000 base salary plus generous uncapped commission.
Work LocationPredominantly remote (90% home-based), with some attendance at meetings and events in London required.
